In the app — the quickest way

1. Open the Hubaib app and sign in.
2. Tap Account in the bottom bar.
3. Tap Delete my account, then Delete my account permanently.

The account is deleted within seconds.

Without the app

Message us from the phone number on your account and write: "Please delete my Hubaib account".

Or by email: privacy@hubaib.com

We first check the request is really from you — we never delete an account on a request from a different number — and then delete it within 45 days at most, usually within a few days.

What we delete

• Your profile: name, phone number and email.
• Your sign-in, so you are signed out on every device.
• The address, map pin, note and phone number on your past bookings.
• Your name on your reviews, and any "tell me when you cover my area" requests.

What we keep, without your name — and why

• Booking dates, dishes and amounts — the law requires us to keep accounting and tax records for the period it sets, and grill crews are paid from them. After deletion these records no longer carry your name, number or address.
• The stars and text of your reviews — they stay part of the team's rating, shown as a former customer.

If you have a paid booking that is not finished yet, or is waiting for you to confirm it, please finish it first — we never leave a crew driving to an event whose customer no longer exists. Unpaid booking requests are cancelled.
